Our products have a shelf life of 3 months if kept sealed and in a cool and dry place away from the sun. The products can be kept refrigerated to lengthen the shelf life.
As our chews are consumables, once opened, they cannot be refunded. If unopened and in its orignal packaging condition, an exchange can be carried out of the value of the original purchase or less. The courier charge for the exchange has to be borne the customer.
This will depend on your dog’s age, size and chewing ability. If your buddy is young, small, old or has a weaker chewing ability, do choose soften chews like the lamb puff cubes, fish jerky, roo and moo tubes. All our other chews are suitable for buddies with a stronger chewing ability.
All chewing activities should be closely supervised. Once a chew is whittled down to just a few inches wide, it is best to remove that remnant to prevent choking.
